In addition to pastoring a thriving church in Tamilnadu, south India, and providing some financial support and evangelistic tools to 30 associate churches, Rev. T. Arvind Mohan Dass and his wife Molly care for 25 orphans in their children's home, operate a vocational training centre, conduct three week-long residential Pastors' Training Conferences every year for associate pastors and their spouses, and conduct annual residential summer camps, and a General Convention.
